I just bought a home with a small concrete patio. 8'x8', I want to extend that to a total of 30' x 20'.
Question:How much do you think the average price would be to have a company install a 30' x 20' x 10" concrete slab in a back yard. I am in Liverpool Ny if there is anybody out there? But just an average price would be fine,

10 inches is more than twice the normal thickness.. regularly,, 4 inches is fine,,, and normal,,,concrete, and reinforcemet mesh, will probably cost a bit over one dollar a square foot,,, at 4 inches thick,, You do not say if you need fill, or compaction. With site preparation of a day, for two people,and casting it, for two people,, you have four man days,,,,I do not know what folks make there,, but here in Arkansas, I would expect it to be about $1000, for labor,,maybe more,, and about $6OO, IN MATERIALS
10 in. is overkill... 6 in is more than enough...tear out of old patio and prep work for new one , plus labor, plus concrete, clean up and backfilling of edges will run about 4800 - 6000 bucks
