Depending on the age of the house.it could cost anywhere from $90,000 - $175,000. But you could probably find a nice 4 bed for around $110,000.

Okay this one is easy. ask a Realtor to pull comps in that same area. also compare footage IE;
a house with 1,234 sq ft sold for 175 and the house two houses down sold for 173. and it was 1,245 sq feet. so always compare and if there is nothing sold or under contract check the year before and just calculate 6% above the selling price for each year. also when selling always ask for 7,000 more to have room to negotiate!
