Target for sure. I got everything for my room there including bedspreads and the whole nine yards
everything is really cheep but good quality
Walmart really isn't too bad. They have a pretty wide range of colors and the price isn't bad, either. A sheet set is usually about $10-20 depending on the size of your bed, and blankets run around $30, but it's more than worth it - they're very comfy.

If you're in the US, go to Big Lots, Pic & Save or MacFrugals. They have great bargains & cute stuff.
Target as lots of really cute bedding, it runs about $50 and under, and it's quality bedding too.
Make it yourself. Gather up old jeans, tops, skirts, whatever you like. Gather a special piece or 2 from each friend from something they have to cut up, thrift store finds, or relatives close by.
Make blocks out of them and sew the blocks with a sewing machine block by block into a long strip. After making the block strips, pin together and sew strips together to make the top for your bedspread. (Blocks don't have to be perfectly lined up, but close to being straight)
It will be a cheap and inexpensive way to have something personalized and not bought anywhere! How cool is that for a teen? Express yourself and your style! Paint on fabrics, embroidery, emellish pieces and make it your own!
If grandma or mom know how to sew, ask them to help make a simple queen sheet backing to make it washable and durable. Have fun and make it personal, that is what teens do! Cut excess sheeting fabric away that is not needed.
