Tips for flipping a house?

Question:My friend and I are planning on buying a condo and trying to flip it.
Is there any advice about this that anyone could give?

if you're going to sell it, what sells the house is the kitchen and the bathrooms. the kitchen should be quite roomy with stainless steel appliances. even tho its expensive, it will increase your selling price by a lot. also make sure that each room has enough light and has a purpose. nobody wants to buy a house with 'leftover' rooms.
