Can anyone give me ideas for a beach themed/flip flip room for my new bedroom?

check out abcdistributing, they have TONS of really cute and neat stuff for the whole house, they are also very cheap, its a great place, maybe also check out harriet carter as they are similiar to abc, but not as neat..another idea is to check out ebay and amazon, most people sell things really cheap and you just have to cover the shipping...good luck and have fun, and check out the huge wall murals at abc, they make for a wonderful wall without all the paint and mess

As curtains or a valance; and pillows. And with all the colors in it you could have a wide choice of colors for your bedding, wall color and accessories.
Discount home stores (like Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Stein Mart) carry plenty of beachy type things, like a large seashell to hold some of your everyday jewelry. For accessories you could get clear glass jars and fill them with shells (either real from the beach or from a craft store) or colored sand.
If you have an old mirror (or get one from a garage sale or thrift shop) you can hot glue shells on the frame. A wicker chair from Pier 1, which also has some other great items you could use as accessories.
A dusty blue or sunny yellow wall color gives a seaside look. Accents in white also add a breezy kind of quality.

Domestications has lots of cute bedspreads (check out the kids/teen section). None of them have flip flops, but that might be over the top and you'd probably get sick of it in a hurry! Go with the color spread you like and add in the flip flop accessories.
