A queen bed is 2 inches larger than a full ... if you have the full bed sheets with the deep pocket cornors you may be able to squeak by and force the fit, but you will also be trying to remake/force the sheets into place on a daily basis.

No-it won't work. You'll be tugging and tugging and tugging and once you think you got it, you'll wake up in the morning and it'll be all over the place again. Unless you use a safety pin but that would probably only work for a little while-until the sheet starts to rip. You're better off getting queen sheets for queen bed.
About 6 inches wider.They will not fit.But the flat top sheet will cover end to end the queen size,but not tight at all.
