need more info, is it an engine fitted with an electric start, is the battery charged, have you checked the plug lead and replaced or checked the spark, or is it a drawstring start or mechanical start, if so it would only be either the lead, plug or dynamo, the spark(or electric) circuit on a drawstring motor is pretty basic.
i dont know get a knew car all that stuff is just to massy for me !!
