barely. my boyfriend keeps it in his room with barely any light. it can live up to pretty much any environment.

im not sure. i dont think it needs a lot though. my grandma has one inside and its beautiful.
They like shade. I have a few that do well inside. I put one next to a window where it was getting a lot of direct light and it burned the leaves.
