Feng shui question?

Question:we just bought a new home and the master bathroom has a mirror that faces the foot of the bed( from the foot of the bed we can see in the mirror. does anyone have any suggestions to fix this, other than remove the mirror, the door way from the bedroom to the bathroom does not have a door

Answers:
Its the toilet you have to worry about , can't face the toilet..the mirror is fine as long as it's not over your bed.

How about adding a curtain to the doorway? That would be ok. This the reason we (in the architectural firm I work for) design the bathroom so that no walkways or doors going into a bath or walk in closet face the bedroom, but face each other instead. The best solution is the curtain...or you can add a door.
i think the thing about mirrors is that in fengshui, mirrors interrupt the way we think - it fools our mind. and usually fengshui deals with the power of the elements. but it also have a side that deals with the power of the mind like creating abundance. and when mirrors fool the mind, sometimes it is difficult to control the outcome of life. in a way, fengshui is a manipulation of the outcome of your life, by making it easy and convenient, thus you feel life is lucky.

if you don't want to remove the mirror, then don't. fengshui is only here to guide those people who are willing to change their lives. it is not a cure-all. and it is not for all of us.
