Places to buy door handles, levers, knobs?
Question:Guys,
I am doing some serious work to my house. In addition to the brand new kitchen, bathroom, I will also be changing all the doors and their associated hardware.
This includes, handles, knobs, hinges, etc.
I would prefer to buy Baldwin, Emtek grade. In fact, those brands most likely. I am located in Southern California.
Any authorized dealers online or physical location (within 30 miles) that would be willing to give me a good price on a set for my entire or home? My contractor has a license, he could buy it as well.
I will probably need about 8-10 knobs (levers, etc.). A couple of handles, and hinges.

We always use HOME DEPOT, EXPO (Home Depot's more luxurious retail outlet) or LOWES for ideas etc. to identify manufacturers and specific model numbers etc.
Next we do extensive searches on EBAY and the internet to find out of state dealers who offer lower markup.
It's good you have access to a Contractor that might be able obtain a better price locally via wholesale sources but in general, a lot depends on timing and the Contractor's drop dead date for installation.

contact homedepot or lowes...if not finding what you wish...head to nearest small mom and pop store
I found the exact knobs i needed for my new kitchen cabinets on ebay. Including shipping they were only $1 each and they are heavy and beautiful. good luck
