I agree with g.m. I am a Plasterer and would charge £250 -£300 for the walls & £ 120- £140 for the ceilings.

You charge by the square metre, but you have to factor in any preparation that has to be done, OR you work out how long it's going to take you, charge your preferred hourly rate and add material costs.

Careful of some of these answers, when you say overskim do you mean the ceiling, the walls or the lot!
I'm not sure where you are from? Are you refering to a skim coat floor preperation for vinyl flooring? In the N.E. US cost would vary depending on the experience of the flooring installer. Anywhere from $1.00 per square foot to $1.50. $150-$200 US
