I read that a bathroom should be painted a flattering color. What color do you think that is?

Question:I am white (of Irish descent- so I tend to be a bit pink) if that makes any difference.

Answers:
the most flattering colour for you in your bathroom is peach, which most people don't tend to like, but there are lots of variations of peach. This is because peach gives you a natural glow. Apart from this the next best colours would be beige's because they won't interfere with your skin tones. Greens, yellows etc, are flattering for the bathroom but not flattering for you...as you are looking in the mirror...getting ready in the morning...

City Line just did a bit on this very thing the other day, they always keep info from their shows on their site, so go there to get the full story.

really light green
Pale yellow
pink...(i hope)
Something light, which goes with the decor of your home. You will be able to see the paint color from other rooms in your home as well, so make sure that it flows with the general theme. Assuming that your bathroom is smallish, you don't want very dark colors, as it will bring the walls in even more and make you feel like you are in a cave.
Very soft flat blue
I'd paint it white, so it'll go with whatever outfit you have on at the moment.
Butter Cream, is flattering, and easy on the eyes. (Remember when applying makeup or dressing you want to see a natural look) Accent colors can include greens, yellows, peach and reds to spice it up.
Maybe a light green or yellow?
'Flattering' should enhance, if not match, your skin color;
ivory
pale pink
coral
peach, or
The color of your freckles!
Coordinating colors would be:
pale green
aqua
light blue
