Is there such thing as a wood bed that can be adjusted to fit both full and queen mattresses?

Question:If so,what is it called? I ask because I want to get rid of my steel bedframe, but my full size mattresses are in great condition. But I figure if I can get a queen bed that will fit with these mattresses until they run out and I can get queen size mattresses it would be cool so I'm not jus throwing money away. Is it possible?

Answers:
Hey I work in a furniture store, and yes there is such a thing, it is called a full/queen bed, it has adjustments to accomodate either a full or queen mattress, they are not easy to find so you may have to do some research online or by calling around. I hope this helps!

now I know why U is called confused

that's like buying small tyres to put on standard wheels on your big car bcoz the next car is gonna be a small one. it don't fit.

if you got room for the king bed just stick with it and enjoy the size.

why is 1ft less size cool huh?
No, it would have to be a steel frame to be adjustable, or at least I've never heard of an adjustable wood frame. A queen sized bed is not only wider, but also longer than a full. Why not sell your full size mattresses and get a totally new queen size bed? If expense is a factor, you can buy a platform bed and then you won't need a box spring.
