Where can I buy a mill to turn into a house?

Question:Are there any websites/ listings for transforming commercial property into a unique personal residence? I'm in the VA Beach/ N. Carolina area. I'm NOT looking for anything modern... more country-style like a grist mill. Please help!!

I've done a bit of research and here are a few links that will hopefully get you started on finding your dream property. I think that the National Trust for Historic Preservation may be a good place to start. They could probably direct you to a real estate agency in your area that specializes in unique properties.
