Wainscoting advantages and disadvantages?

It does do a wonderful job hiding uneven walls and other unattractive wall problems. The only disadvantage is that if it is totally constructed out of wood, it can warp away from the wall.
It can cover up holes, bad paintjobs, ugly wallpaper, etc. At least on the bottom half of your wall!
it has many advantages: wainscoting protects walls, it is easy to install it.. and it is good for rooms, especially for bathroom.
and what about disadvantages ? i don't know about it
