I wont even ask how that happened... hehe! But the first thing I would try is hot water, an old toothbrush and some good old fashion BIZ. If you do not have BIZ, try scrubbing using the toothbrush and some SHOUT or SPRAY N WASH stain remover. Let the solution set on the lampshade for a few minutes, then scrub it out. Hope this helps a bit.

Use Era. It is a protein enzyme and removes most organic stains. You may have to let it sit about an hour though.
