Does Jatoba (Brazillian cherry) warp or deform in cold weather in Canada ?

Given it's weight and density, I would have thought it's one of the woods least likely to distort.


Brazillian cherry is one of the very hardest, densest woods on the Janka scale. It would be unlikely to warp or deform in cold temperatures.
