COloR Of mY RooM?
Question:Ive been trying to get out of the color pink since i used to be so upsest with that color...but I don't know what to do about my room...b cuz its pink...n now i don't know what color would go best...so if someone could give me some options about colors or designs...anything jus please no pink...well i guess it wouldn't really matter if it was a lil...thanx!=)

Try a fresh, rhetro look. Try having lime and bright blue on opposite walls, with a white door trim. Lay an oval, white, fluffy throw rug over the floor near your bed. Use white with blue polka dots for curtains. If you have two windows, also use white with lime polka dots. Maybe put a blue lava lamp in on a desk or dresser. This will make it look fresh and new. Also try a corkboard with cute boarders and pins to hang up notes and photos. Good luck to you and your room!
try tiffany box blue! then do white and black polka dot curtains! its the cutest combo!
Go for purple. That's not too far away from pink, but different enough so that you can be happy of your new room.

Lime green, any remaining pink will still go but it will not look girlie and froo froo...
I would disagree with the one who suggested light green because it's the complementary color to the pink and it brings out even more...
I, however, agree with red, purple, blue, or violet... they will overpower the pink if using the right shade or brightness... the only rule is to love the color you're adding...!
use big accessories of colors other than pink... like photos of black and white... or a big cloth stand of the color you like...

Actually, chocolate brown works beautifully with pink, and it gives it more sophistication, so it doesn't look so "girly."
