Hire or buy a steam stripper. However be careful with electical sockets, when working above them, as moisture runs down the walls. cut a piece of 2" masking tape , and put it on the wall, overlapping the top of the socket. When using a steam stripper, DO NOT hold it in one spot too long, as it is posslble to crack the plaster.
i worked construction for a while and the fastest, cheapest way was to wet the walls with a moist sponge and use a plaster spatula to scrape the wallpaper. hope this helps.
Go find you a professional size steamer. I had to strip some wallpaper for a customer and used the steamer and it peeled right off. But it took practice to do it without burning myself.
Get a sprayer and put hot water and Mr.Clean in and spray the walls . Let it set for a few minutes and spray again Then start stripping the paper . Some paper comes off easyer than others depending how long it's been there.The hotter the water the better .Spray a few times before trying to peel the paper off.GOOD LUCK
