I want to paint polka dots on my walls how acn i make them all even and neat?

Use a pattern to make the polka dots the same size such as a jar lid. Mark with a pencil where you want them.
Get you a tennis ball and dip it in the paint and bounce it around the room.
Use a stencil and tape it to the wall. After you paint right on it you can take it off and move it to another place. Just buy a few and they're really cheap.
Buy a circle templet at Staples or get a glass (different sizes?) and use a pencil to draw circles. Buy craft paint at a craft store and paint them by hand, tedious but worth it. I've tried this before by using a circle stencil and it came out messy and bled. For crisp lines, I suggest painting by hand.
OR, do the circle stencil, and go back and touch up the mistakes with the wall paint...that sounds less time consuming!
Get sponge and cut it into a circle and use that to make all the dots.
Use a stencil with various sizes of the polka dots and then spray paint using light strokes and protecting areas you do not want to get the paint on. You can do this in sections if you do not have a great big sheet of paper to cut the dots from.
No need to buy stencils just take various house hold items dinner plates, buckets, storage containers, trace the out line on your wall then take different colors of craft paints and fill them. If the circles are quite big and you are going to need alot of paint go buy some quarts of your colors in a satin or semi-gloss finish of latex paint.
