Ask yourself why you NEED something that you know you cannot afford?
Be realistic and determine the amount you really can comfortably afford then ,like the other person said -
make an offer-in todays market you just never know
you might actualy get it !
But be carefull what you ask for. your dream home could turn into A nightmare if you get in it and can't make the payments
and in A slow market ,can't sell it..what then?
