It's not rocket surgery, but it is very physical.
It's easy as long as you're delivering to single level residences on flat land. If you have to go up stairs, or up hills with a hand truck it's pretty tough. A lot of lifting, delivery deadlines, dealing with picky people (don't scatch my wall, I want it over there--no, no, over here, etc).
Well, not if you're strong and have good equipment to help you.
