While it isn't my style, I think it is nice. It looks like it would go nicely with a beach or nautical theme. It may also go well with toile or french country and possibly a modern country look. Hope that helps. Oh, and it looks feminine. I think it'd work well for a couple's room or for a girl, but not so much for a guy.
I think it is nice. It definitely has a feminine feel. I think it could work well with a beachy, Nantucket type decor scheme. It also has a country flair. Painted furniture is very popular right now and the color of this set would work with many many wall colors.
What *I* think is not as important as what *you* think. Would YOU be happy living with this? If you are the one buying it and the one potentially living with it, your opinion is the most important. I agree, its nice for a couple or woman, not a bachelor. It reminds me of the south, like a little girls room on the plantation. But, I really think its nice for the right setting, like country.
