drill a hole in your wall then screw what ever you need to in. Or you can go to your local hardware store and get the BEST advice.
Go to your hardware store. I think there are nails or special bonding material for cement.
if you have an drill, then go to your hardware store (walmart even has them) and get a masonry bit. you will need to drill a hole with the bit first then you can easily insert nails or screws afterwards. we did this for hanging up cast iron decorations on the fireplace and it worked very well.
You will either have to purchase special picture hanging hooks available at most of the home depot type stores. You need the ones made for masonry walls. They have very small fine pins that hammer directly into the plaster, very sharp. Or you can also get a masonry drill bit and use small plastic inserts into the holes and screw in your hooks.
You can use Readhead fasteners available at Home Depot or Lowes. You will need to buy a concrete drill bit drill a hole ask the guys at the store what size bit you need for the redheads you buy. Works great and it’s easy. We live in Fl all Concrete block construction.
The best option is to use a masonry bit and drill the holes in the concrete using a standard 3/8" drill. Then buy plastic or lead wall inserts that are tapped in with a hammer. After that you can simply screw in the hangers. These type of insert arre easy to place and very sturdy.
If later you want to remove the hanger you can simply patch the holes leaving the imbed in place. Good luck to you.
