Answers:
Paint a wavy line horizontaly around the mid-line of the room, paint green below it and blue above it. Add clouds to the sky and roads to the grass, and let your imagination run wild! Its suitable for both boys and girls, and as they get older they can help you to add stuff to the scene. It's something they will always remember.

Yellows or greens.
you could try getting a colour theme from a childrens tv programme, then you could add little toys that match or a boarder
Well the children are young, you could always paint the walls sky blue and with clouds, or paint a fun barnyard back ground on the wall or even stars
Yes, yellows and greens, or pastel orange, or cream.
If you fancy being really creative - paint the room like a beach - blue sky with sunshine, ocean waves, mermaids, sea horses, star fish - sandy beach - boats on water - palm trees, bucket and spade etc.
The trick is to use a colour you like as you have to live with it all the time. Then add splashes of colour with those stick on motifs of thier favourite characters and they will love it. It gives you something to talk about at bedtime too.
i would say yellow. its bright and happy . or a light orange not like crazy orange but like peachy orange. good luck hope i was help. Have fun
decorate the background with lemon yellow and colourful small pictures, funny pictures on that.

8)Do a pale yellow backround with different coloured splashes of paint it will be fun to do and give the walls colour and texture

OR:
10)Do a pale green backround and get reusuable stickers so they can move them around the room its fun for the children and you as every week before they come swap some around and make them guess what ones you swaped!
if you don't mind what it looks like let them help you! paint a neutral colour first put up a fun border then pick a couple of colours and let them put hand prints below the border. It will really help them feel like its their room. give you a fun activity to do together too. but wear old clothes and cover the carpet. See what there favourite characters are and use that border or the stick on characters.
On our kids wall we painted an area with blackboard paint so they could chalk on it.

have fun!
