It's not hard to do. You can buy a template for the corners that is universal for external and internal corners. I would recommend using coving adhesive and NOT no more nails. Fill any gaps with the adhesive you cant do this with no more nails! and there will always be gaps as corners are not all ways true..

No nails it's fantastic! No nails is the product name you can get it from DIY stores!
The easiest way is to buy the coving with the fancy corners then you just have to cut straight edges to fit them. use that no nails and some small panel ins to hold the lengths in place while they dry. No problem!!
Get someone in to do the job properly for you!!
Use a coving template for the int.&ext. corners and use the correct adhesive. This can be bought ready mixed to save any messing about.Fix lengths as long as possible to avoid joins, and get a friend to help as it can be awkward to support lengths while trying to fix in position.I always use panel pins to support the weight while the adhesive goes off.Use adhesive to fill in any gaps.It seems a daunting task, but once you get started its quite straightforward.Good luck.
use "No Nails" then fill any gaps with decorators caulk.it comes in a tube for use with a sealer gun
Blu tack
use pva glue
