What are bed comforters? Help, i'm confused!?
Question:where do you place them on your bed? do you put it under your sheets or do you sleep directly on it? How are you suppose to lay out your bed? Is it mattress, comforter, and then sheets, then pillow and blanket? Help, i'm confused!
Answers:
Comforter is the big thick blanket that goes on top of everything. So it goes mattress, elastic sheet, square sheet, comforter, pillows. And then you usually sleep between the elastic sheet and the square sheet.
Comforters are like fluffy blankets. You put them on top of your sheets to keep yourself warm on cold nights. They often are quite thick with down or feathers inside them to provide lots of insulation from the weather.
Josh has got it right. In the UK, the comforter is known as an eiderdown - because that's what they used to be stuffed with.
i use a bottom fitted sheet, then a comforter over me (it has a cover on it) the comforter doubles as a blanket and a bedspread
If you don't know what a comforter is you are pretty damn stupid..DEE!! DEE!! DEE!!
