Is there a way to restore the "cling" to vinyl window clings?

Question:

Answers:
Clean them. Usually the reason they wont cling anymore is they are dirty. I just wash them with a mild soap like dish soap. Then air dry them usually they will "cling" after that. You also need to put them on a clean window.

If they still wont cling you need help add static electricity to it. Rub it on clean carpet, your hair (think of what you do to hang balloons). A wool sweater is really great for this.

Another tip if you will store them. Like if they are holiday decorations put them on wax paper then store them in a zip lock bag.

Rub them on your very clean, dry, no styling product in it yet hair.
