Polka dots?
Question:I'm painting my room in polka dots, but I can't seem to find a circle stencil anywhere. Does anyone know where i could find one? I need various sizes.

If you can't find what you're looking for in a pre-made stencil, go to your local craft and hobby or art store and ask them for a sheet to make your own stencil. Buy what you need to make your different size dots. Also buy a rotary cutter, which will make your job easier and more precise.
Using different size plates, glasses, bowls, and anything else you have on hand that will allow you to trace it's round shape and is the size you want your dots to be. Place that on the stencil sheet. Using the rotary cutter, trace around the outside of the plate. Pop the circles out of the sheet and you'll have your very own polka dot stencils!
This won't cost you very much. And the rotary cutter will serve you many times in the years to come.

use a protractor
you could probably get them at a craft store.like michael's or acmoore...
I dont know how big you want them but you might look for circle stencils in the scrapbooking section of your craft store- you can get various sizes- if you want circles bigger than that you might want to use a compass
Checkout your cabinets. You most likely have circular plastic lids of various sizes, you know like cool whip lids, coffee, yogurt. Trace around them lightly on the wall. I use them when designing murals. Plastic lids also make great paint palettes! Pop another one on top and slip it into a plastic bag to keep your paint fresh when you need to take a break!
You can find circle templetes in the scrpabook stores or section of the stores. Michaels carries them.
