Futuristic/retrofuturisti... bedroom decorating ideas?
Question:My mom and I just moved into a new house, and I get to decorate my room any which way I like. I figured since I'm really into Science Fiction, Space and Futuristic stuff, why not incorporate that into my room?
But, I can't find any ideas online for creating a futuristic or 1970s-ish retrofuturistic bedroom. I'm thinking I could go with the colors white, silver and blue.

Actually the site you have is a really good start. Lots of silver in bedding etc for the "metal" look. Spray paint is good for that.Also you can find a shape you like cut it out of plywood, paint it and you have instant futuristic all hanging.
