My room has some crazy colors and patterns any ideas for bedding?
Question:my room has recently painted a greenish apple and a aqua blue, my rug is various shades of blue and green polka dots. However i cannot find bedding, curtains etc to match my crazy combination of colors. Please help me..fast!

i would go with white. that would go with anything plus if you have patterns you should prolly go with a solids on you curtains and bed sets.( but that's just me )
can u sew? or iron?
Get either sheets that match those colors ORRR get white sheets & paint w/ fabric paint circles of that colors on it. Sew together or iron them together w/ iron bond (ask at the fabric store) & put an old blanket or comforter inside.. make like a deuvt cover ... bed cover!
u can do the same for drapes or lamp shades..
Go to Target, they usually have really cute ideas in those colors and not too expensive either.
I would go with neutral calming colors to tie it all together with accents of blue and green in it. Hope this helps and good luck!

I just saw a comforter set at JC penny's (www.jcpenny.com)
It was blue on one side and green on the other so cute. It is called Home Expressions Reversible Bedding just go to the site and type that in the search.

pick one solid color that is in your room! it is the best way to go b/c/ if you have bedding with a bunch of different patterns and colors in it, the bedding wont balance out the room and you'll be stuck with a bunch of tacky colors! i have a room like this and i got a colored bed spread with different shads and colors...dont go there! i should have listened to my mom when she said to stick with one solid color for my bedding and curtians!!! so take my advice...cause it's the best, and choose either the green bedding and blue curtains or blue bedding and green curtains! you may also want to try adding another color that soothes those two colors... like purple. if you get purple bedding and matching curtains that will add accents of anothe color to your room so your not only stuck with two colors like green and blue.
