Painting ceramic tiles???

Question:my kitchen table has ceramic tiles in it and i want to change the color of the tiles instead of buying a new table. is there a way i can paint the tile on the table??

will never admere to the tile due the glossy surface...nothing for the paint to stick to...could have it reglazed in a different color but would be cheapier to buy a new table
