I want to paint a stripe all around my room...i need help?
Question:ok so my room is now white and i want a pink stripe all around my room , but i only want it the width of regular tape idk how big that is but bear with me , but how would i do that? b.c if my room was already pink then i could just tape off where i want it pink then paint the rest of my walls white , then i would have a pink stripe , but i dont want to paint all my walls pink , i dont know if this makes sense but how would i do that ?

You can buy striping tape at the hardware store. You can put three strips of the tape side by side, and take off the middle one, and paint, then take off the other two. Be sure to use a level to get them straight before you begin, and "burnish" the edges of the tape so the paint doesn't bleed under it. Have fun...
sorry, but that doesnt make sense.
You just need two rows of tape, place them an inch apart or however wide you want the stripe, and you will paint between them.
Use two peices of tape one on top, one on the bottom- in between the two pieces of tape is the area that you will paint pink. Take you time painting in between the tape. When you remove the tape you will have your pink stripe.
