I think you are referring to the 'shag' style area rugs, remeniscent of the seventies. They came back into style a little while age, along with lava lamps, bubble chairs and beaded curtains. Try Ikea, Urban Outfitters (both have websites) or other trendy clothing/home accessory stores geared toward college-age consumers. I would also check out Wal-Mart and Target...you never know, right?
