You can try some Lime-Away but sometimes for some reason the rust gets imbedded in the glass and won't budge!
Lightly sand with steel wool
Try a heavy duty tile cleaner. Also, Greased Lightning and Iron-Out are two products you can buy easily that clean almost anything. If those don't work, mix muratic acid with water.
Try making a paste from cream of tartor and vinegar a little water and warming it one the stove. Or try vinegar and baking soda, or vinegar and rubbing alcohol and warm water mixed together.
