I answered your last question pertaining to this. I was under the impression that you had applyed the glitter and were looking to coat it so the glitter would not fall off.
Adhesives are made to join two fabrics or for scrapbooking etc. The tack time is to allow you to manipulate your pieces. I suggest you call a Krylon retailer to see if they have a product to remove the adhesive. And, see what they reccommend.
Can you get more pillows and try to use the fabric glitter spray? They come in colors. I do not know if they have a clear fabric spray. I have used hairspray on blouses that had glitter.
I agree that you should try the product on a sample to see your end result.
They sell products to spray on canvas to waterproof them. I don't know if this would work. Maybe your crafts store or fabric store would have some insight.
I can see how you much you are stessed with the party coming up. I hope you can pull it off.
Good luck and I hope I have been of some help.
Seeing you used glue, and it is sticky...what can you do but say"wrong glue" Try again- new pillow. ...however use a test surface and do the spray thing and see if it drys correctly(the way you want)before you condemn another pillow.
