Where to find "crazy color pattern" fabrics?


Question:Hi
i'm wondering where i can find the "crazy color pattern" fabrics, Uli used in TV show Project Runway, on Bravo Tv. I love different color patterns on silk. Which stores carry that kind of patterned fabrics in the D.C. area? Fabrics stores that carry variety of fabrics would be very very helpful. I tried Walmart but no luck.
