Cheapest Pre-Cut Mat Frames? Which store/site?

Question:I'm looking to purchase a few (3-4) pre-cut (11x14) single-mat frames. The quality need not be amazing, as the prints I'm going to frame are duplicates.

Where would I find the best deal?

It seems the current online rate is 3.00 per frame + $7 shipping. Does anyone know how much Walmart or Michaels charges?

If u'r looking for ready-made frames w/ mats in them... esp for that size.. then Michaels. 11 x 14 is a standard size but not very popular w/ mats in them. nor popular that they carry. U could ck Walmart.. they r getting more & more into frames & poster frames.
