I am looking on how to install vinyl railing on a victorian house widow's walk.?

Question:I am restoring a victorian house and the railing on the third floor has a railing around two windows that were called the widow's walk. I found railing at Loews and Home depot however I am not sure how to install the railing or what the process is to start. If anyone can give me any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Answers:
I work for a vinyl railing manufacturer, called Fairway vinyl systems. The railing is very easy to install. Our railing has a bracket system, the brackets attach to a post, then you lay your rail in the bracket, put your pickets in the rail.screw the rail to the bracket and put a cover on the black bracket. I have put in our website.there are all the instructions for railing, and fencing. Hope this helps you out.

First Check out the railing before you buy it. You can ususally buy it cheaper at a local builder's supply than at Lowes or Home Depot. Every company's railing installs differently , but every company I have used either provides detailed instruction with the railing or will give you some upon request.
