Should I use acrylic paint to paint the walls of my room?

Question:Some parts of the paint got peeled. Its not a really big portion so I don't want to buy those commercial paints as they are too expensive and the quantity is too much for me to finish. So canI use acrylic paint? If not, what can I do?

By the way, do not ask me to use posters to cover up the peeled parts.

Answers:
It's best to use latex paint. If you can't afford a gallon, try a quart. Make sure to scrape off the loose edges and sand smooth or your cover up will look just as bad as the peeling paint.

scrap it off and use a latex stain blocker then use a latex paint latex can be cleaned with water if you make a mistake latex is cheap
Thats fine but the safest paint to use is a water based paint. as long as its a water based NO lead paint you are fine
I agree - water based paints are the best/safest for use in the home.
