What water boards stall water meters and do you have to pay to get this done? what are the best deals for wa?

Question:i renting as 1 bed room flat and want to install a water meter because i am not sure the landlord has done it. who do i call to have this done and what water company can give me the best deal.

If you rent its up to the landlord to have a meter installed. A water company will not install a second meter even if you payed. There might be some way you can meter it yourself but it would be monitoring your own uses. For billing purposes the water comapny will bill the house not individual apartments.
