a good face mask,with eye protection, long sleeves taped long pants taped a good hat and gloves, until the hole job is done and bagged and out the door, and sweep ed up, that's bad stuff to work with and it can make you very sick if not protected thoroughly
I second that (above). I would recomend killing the mold with bleach before you start. Mold spores get airborn really easy so I would kill them before starting. Those spores can contain very serious toxins depending on the type of mold you have there. Get a spray bottle and use the bleach full strength and spray it down. Wipe it up after it has had a chance to soak (so you don't get it on anything important) and then rip the drywall down.
