can you get this in flat/ matt and not gloss?
also how long does it take to dry?

I think you need to check your spelling {tyre}. What is that?

try car accessary shops such as halfords or if that is a co. just in the N.E. something on similiar lines that sells paints, oil, etc for cars .
ps. I know you have the correct spelling for tyre & that it is the rubber covering on the wheel of a car or bike thats bicycle for those who dont know. sorry in a cheeky mood tonight. good luck in your hot shine search
