I have a small room and i need to find a small desk to fit my room.?
Question:i want it to be less than 40" wide and about 16" deep and not to high. where can i find one?

Another idea that might also provide you with some storage solutions. You could purchase two small filing cabinets or other types of storage containers, then go to either Home Depot or Lowe's and purchase a piece of wooden material of your choice to create a desk top. Or, go to a glass shop, one that makes glass replacement doors and such, and ask for a piece of glass in that particular size, beveled edges, to fit the desk top. It is not very expensive at all, and if you do not have children and don't have to worry about breakage, you could make a beautiful desk. They do make safety glass pieces that shatters into tiny pieces. Good luck with your project! Oh, and if you need a keyboard tray, there are companies that sell clip-on keyboard/mouse trays. You could purchase one of those (or make your own with hinges from Home Depot) and have a computer desk!
check out yard sales and flea markets and thrift stores, goodwill and Disabled American Vet stores--this is your cheapest route--you may have to refinish--however it will look nice and you can get new handles at places like Lowes--Home Depot etc.

Office Depot or American Furniture Warehouse offer small desks, but if you are looking for something solid, I would suggest antique stores or thrift stores or the flea market.
