Quick drying paint that looks like the surface of tarmac when dry?

Question:Quick drying paint that looks like the surface of tarmac when dry?
i.e. flat matt, worn textured black colour

any info folks?

Answers:
At home depot (and probably Lowe's) I've seen paint that comes in two gallon buckets that has a "rough texture" in it. It can be color matched just like regular paint but needs to be put on with a roller since it is thicker. It almost has the consistency of peanut butter or mayonnaise. This is what it has to be with some sort of coloring to make it have the effect that it has. Go to your local home depot or Lowe's and tell them what you want and they will be able to help you.

so whats your point
