Question:i found a home that I like. But I want to change the front from vinyl siding to brick. is it possible and how much would it cost me?

It is possible to get brick veneer covering on your house - which is generally just decorative brick. Most new homes are constructed this way, with the front being brick and the rest being vinyl siding. It saves money. But, I think to brick an existing home would cost a significant amount of money, mostly in labor.
you would need to add a brickledge to lay the brick on. could be done but will add to the expense
