This is for the electricians out there---can you tell me how to hook up 2 three-way switches going to a light?

Question:i have only three wires feeding the first switch (110v) black(hot),white(neutral),bare...

Answers:
The neutral (usually white wire) goes directly to the light. The switches are single pole double throwl The hot (usually black wire) goes to the swinger of one of the switches. Two wires are run between the switch locations. These are connected to the normally open and normally closed switch contacts. It doesn't matter to which contact each of these wire ends the connection is made. The bare wire connects to the green screw on each switch.
