What is the best tile to use on a patio, that already has concrete. It is 520 sq ft?

Question:

Answers:
it really depends.. don't limit yourself though! All that you need to do is find a non-vitreous tile,(one that absorbs under a certain amount of water) there are many options... you can get Pavers, which have been done to death.. or the current trend is doing a slate tile or even a slate look porcelain. I work for ProSource Floors of Dallas, and would love to provide you with your options, samples and pricing.. we have showrooms all over the nation, so if you contact me I can direct you to the closest one. quarry tiles are good for outside applications but probably need to be sealed. any regular ceramic tile will work as well, the main concern is to use an outdoor grade mortar as this is the life of the tile. another concern is to get a tile with some texture so as not to become slippery when wet
use and outdoor tile, consult some one at a hradware stor liek lowes or hope depot , or go to a tile specialty store.
