last time i saw one it was in the local TJ Hughes shop
I know for a fact that Home Depot and Menards carry them because I've seen them there, you might also want to try Toys R Us as well.

If you know anybody who gets the betterware magazine delivered they do one in there.
They have them in Argos and you can buy roadmap vinyl on Ebay. We got some it's great.
for children take some bright stuff like pink ,purple,blue and red
I got mine at Home Depot. For a free one- put an ad in freecycle.org or check Craigslist.
