How do I paint my bicycle?

Question:Do I use spray paint or brush it? What exactly should I do? How do I get the paint to be even without any bumps? Can I add glitter to it? How many spray paint cans/paint tins/buckets (dunno what I should be using…) will cover it?
Thanks in advance :P

Answers:
if it is bumpy, it needs to be sanded then wiped down with a wet cloth and allow to dry.
cover all the places with newspaper and masking tape that you don't want to paint.
You should use a spray paint from the hardware dept for metal... you can probably get one with some glitter in it.you probably want to suspend your bike (hang it) while you paint. let dry then turn it over and do the underneath part.
Don't spray too close to the bike, otherwise you will get runs. do a nice light spray back and forth to get an even finish.

disassemble your bike (or cover up the spots you don't want painted)... then lay some newspaper under it... depending on how many different colors you want.. i suggest 2 spray cans should be enough (only if you want 1 solid color... other wise 2 cans)... then with a sweeping motion apply said spray paint. allow to dry for 24 hours... then reassemble or uncover your bike and you should be good to go.
